SOL Drip Romanian Bowl

$80.00

Antique Romanian terracotta bowl –

Hand-thrown, glazed, and painted bowls from Romania. Each piece is then burned in a special clay oven. The technique is the typical paint dripping one used for marbleized ceramics. It is a common tradition in the crafts of the eastern European countries as it is a legacy of the vast Austro-Hungarian empire with the influence of the neighbouring ottoman empire.

Each piece is one of a kind, striking & uniquely beautiful. Ideal as a decorative object or catch-all.
